The LightCycler® 2.0 Sample Carousel (100 µl) has 32 positions to hold all 100 μl LightCycler® Capillaries. The carousel is manufactured with a special plastic material (Peek), that is not only resistant to the temperature changes that occur during the thermal cycling process, but also maintains shape and dimensions during the process, a prerequisite for precise positioning and reproducible detection.
Each LightCycler® 2.0 Sample Carousel (100 µl) is labeled with a unique bar code for reliable identification.
The LightCycler® 2.0 Sample Carousel (100 µl) is provided to increase the throughput achievable with the LightCycler® 2.0 Instrument.
Compatibility: The LightCycler® 2.0 Sample Carousel (100 µl) is only compatible with 100 μl LightCycler® Capillaries and is only used with the LightCycler® 2.0 Instrument.
